From September 30th to October 7th with optional classes on the 8th, Mindful People will be hosting Mindful Meditation and Mindful Yoga Classes in the beautiful Parador de Mojácar as part of our annual Retreat.
Classes are open to the public and if you’d like to book please use the drop down list and purchase - stating your preferred time and date in the text box for Mindful Yoga and Mindful Meditation Classes. All other classes occur only once so please consult the schedule for times and days before booking.

When attending class please bring along a mat and an open heart - no experience necessary!
